Not all woods are the same.  There are hardwoods, softwoods, course and fine grained woods, aged woods and green woods.  We are experienced with all kinds of wood and how each one is best used.  We can help you determine what kinds of woods (as well as stains and finishes) you need for your project.

Some carpentry projects can be completed using different kinds of woods.  Some woods are less expensive than others as well, so that your project may be more affordable if your materials list is changed.  We are always happy to discuss these kinds of options with our customers – something as simple as changing carpentry materials can make all the difference.
